My name is Nina Appiah-Baiden. I started making Ciabatta for my daughter who loves bread. Unfortunately the bread we ate from the store did not love us. While visiting a friend in Bonnievale, I was taught how to make Ciabatta. We loved eating it and I could see the difference it made in my daughter’s life and mine. I didn’t plan to sell it, but after sharing some of it, the requests came in.

A little further down the line when I finally thought about selling it, I felt God start speaking to me about not just sharing physical daily bread, but His daily bread, His word! Man shall not live on bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. So here I am, baking up a batch of daily dough and adding some spiritual sauce to the mix, because feasting on God’s word is even more necessary (with eternal benefits) than feasting on our physical daily carbs.
